Much of our documentation has employee ID numbers associated with it. Does this mean any of our files containing OSU employee ID numbers would be S3-Private instead of S2-Internal?
As per the University's "Institutional Data: Data Element Classification Assignments" (https://ocio.osu.edu/sites/default/files/assets/Policies/OSU-IDP-Data-Elements.pdf) Employee ID is Private (S3) with the justification of “Secondary Identification Data”
