No, the imaged record is the "record" and once it's lifecycle is complete then the CRD is completed and the images destroyed. However, before disposing of any paper records post-imaging, make sure your unit has documented the policies, procedures and the imaging system used to convert the paper-based documents into images. It is strongly encouraged to have the University Archives review those before the unit disposes of any records.
