Our resources for this type of information are very limited, but you can screen for a list of joint ventures within the Eikon database. Go to the Deal Screener app (DSCREEN) and specify 'Asset Class' = 'M&A'. Then search in the 'Add Filter' box for 'Acquisition Techniques' to add this as a filter. You can then specify 'Joint Venture' as the acquisition technique you would like to include in your screen.
