Q. Is there anywhere I can look up incubators/accelerators?

In CBInsights you can go to the 'Advanced Search' for 'Investors' where you can specify under 'Investor Attributes' that you're interested in 'Investor Type' = 'Incubator/Accelerator'. (You can also add other filters, if desired.) This will generate a list of incubators/accelerators. You could also look at the list of accelerators that are members of the Global Accelerator Network.
