If you're looking for more general information regarding labor economics, your best bet is to start your literature search in the EconLIT database. The most relevant international organization for this type of information is the International Labor Organization which maintains both the NATLEX database of of national labor, social security and related human rights legislation and also the ILOSTAT database of labor statistics, including wage growth over time.
