The Libraries also has some access to a CD-rom database called Compact D which provided access to SEC filings. We have 1986 - 2006 coverage. Since this is a difficult area to research, there's also a resource called Annual Reports in Academic Business Libraries which shows access to these reports in a number of libraries in the U.S., though you should note most libraries will require a patron to access these records in person.
