You can use the Factiva database for this purpose, searching for "earnings call transcript" (using the quotation marks to search the terms as a phrase) and then specify the companies you're interested in. You can also go to the Nexis Uni database and specify Source in the Advanced Search as 'The Street - Earnings Call Transcripts' and then search by company name.
