The two best databases we have for this information are:

CB Insights

• Go to Advanced Filters and choose Investors.
• Expand the Investor Attributes menu.
• For Investor Type, select Angel Investor (Group and/or Individual)

Preqin

• You want to be in Preqin Classic.
• Select Preqin Data and then choose Private Equity.
• Select Venture Deals, then Search By, then Advanced Search.
• In Deal Specifics specify Stage = Angel
