The World Trade Organization provides a variety of resources which may be useful. They regularly review national trade policies via the Trade Policy Review Mechanism (TPRM), and they have a tool whereby you can search for disputes that meet criteria of your choosing. They also maintain a Regional Trade Agreements Database.

The Office of the United States Trade Representative also maintains information and text for U.S. trade agreements and these resources can be accessed through their site, or links on their site.
