If the company in question is a public company, some of this information is disclosed in certain SEC filings, including the 10K annual report. Companies are required to disclose the compensation of their CEO, CFO and certain other top executives. You can also find this information in the Morningstar or NetAdvantage databases. In Morningstar, the data is found in the 'Executive Team' section of a company profile, while NetAdvantage has a 'Compensation' page in their company profiles. In both databases, if you click on the name of a certain executive, it will break out salary, stock awards, share holdings etc. from total compensation.

Private companies do not have to publicly disclose this data so it is unlikely to be available.
