A lot of our Libraries databases for company research include foreign companies, so these are best bet starting points, though the total amount of information may be limited depending on the size of the company, whether they trade stock on a U.S. exchange, etc.  

You can try Mergent Online, NetAdvantage, or Morningstar to start. Search for the company by name or ticker.

If you’re really digging into research for a company headquartered in a non-U.S. nation, it probably also makes sense to look up what are the reporting requirements in that nation and whether the government maintains any kind of public lookup database like our EDGAR system.
