The Mergent Online database company profiles include a tab for Executives which breaks out Officers, Directors and Committees. The NetAdvantage database company profiles includes a People section which breaks out Professionals, Board Members, Committees and Compensation subsections. The Morningstar database includes information on Key Executives, the Board of Directors and company Committees.
