You can find SEC filings in most of our databases that include company profiles.  Some of these include NetAdvantage (see the left hand grey column after you search the database by company name) or Hoover's Online (another left hand column with links to sections on company profile pages).  You can also access SEC filings directly from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission webpage through a tool called EDGAR.
