Yes, we do. You can search by title in the Online Journals List to see where, and for what years of coverage, we have access to NYT.
We also have access through a news aggregator database called Factiva, which you can keyword search, limiting 'Source' to NYT. If you click into the 'Home' tab, you can also scroll down to the 'Newsstand: US' section to access content from the past two weeks.
