Q. How can I get help with printing?

All printing, copying, and scanning in the University Libraries is managed by Uniprint.

•For assistance in Thompson Library:

UniPrint in Thomspon Library can be reached at 614-247-4577 during the following hours:

Mon-Thu     8am-8pm
Fri               8am-7pm    
Sun             3pm-6pm

•To make use of wireless printing across campus, download and install the UniPrint Wireless Printing software.  Instructions for installation and use appear on the same page.

Refunds for errors in printing may be requested using the Refund Request Form on UniPrint's website.
