(This isn’t a digital archive per se, but it’s a great index that covers periodicals back to the late 1800’s. It points to lots of articles in the time-period you’re interested in which in turn link you to the records of the bound journal or microfilm (or possibly the e-resource) you need. If OSU doesn’t have the volumes you need they may be available from the Center for Research Libraries (CRL). These lists can be complicated so please do ask me for help!)

There are issues of individual volumes of selected titles in Google Books, as well, so you could do a search in Google Advanced for those.
